The above noted acdused alongwith his associates have cheated numbers of people of Guwahati and other parts of Assam by misapprociating about 14 Lakhs of rupees collected from such people with a promise to provide data comersion job by starting a company under the name and style Data Resoures America at Guwahati during the month of July - August 2003 and fled away with the money.
